GUVNL is a state-owned enterprise that manages four Public Distribution Companies (PDCs) that provide electricity in Gujarat. The four PDCs were established in the year 1975, and currently, they supply electricity to more than 800,000 consumers in the state.
The purpose of this mobile application is to provide an online payment gateway for the electricity bills of the four PDCs of Gujarat. This application allows users to make payment using their credit/debit cards, cash, and even through their phone bill. The user can select the PDC for which they want to make the payment, and make the payment for all bills for that particular PDC.
This application is developed by GUVNL, and it is one of the first applications developed by the organization. The purpose of this application is to enable the consumers to pay their electricity bills easily, quickly, and reliably.
